IRIS Health provides a complete claims management solution to apply a streamlined, strategic process designed to reduce overall claim costs for clients. Our focus is on claims management and not merely claims processing. With the use of innovative technology, we not only reduce the administrative expense but also decrease average claims handling time, reduce re-work, improve claims quality and compliance.

IRIS Health Services LLC is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) It simply means we administer and manage health insurance on behalf of the insurance companies and other self-insured groups.

IRIS Health offers the insured members the option of accessing treatment at medical service providers either using their Emirates ID Card or their membership card. Please refer to your policy for more details.

Your IRIS Health Card ensures that you receive treatment, both elective as well as emergency, at medical service providers.

You will find a complete list of medical service providers at www.iris.healthcare. Use the filters to search provider within your network as well as by location and specialty.

IRIS Health Card unfortunately cannot be used at non-network facilities but you can claim for expenses incurred, subject to policy terms and conditions. Please refer to your table of benefits for further details.

Outpatient Claims

Prior approval is not required for outpatient claims. Kindly complete the IRIS Health reimbursement claim form (which you will find at www.iris.healthcare) and submit it together with your original invoices (to the address on the form)

Inpatient Claims

Please seek prior approval for in-patient (hospital and day care) claims by providing the following information by email to approvals@iris.healthcare.

  1. Name of the Hospital with the location and contact info.
  2. Details of treating doctor including contact info.
  3. Details of proposed treatment.
  4. Estimated cost of treatment.

For treatment received within the UAE, please submit your claims with 60 days from the date of treatment. For treatment received outside of UAE, please submit your claim within 90 days from the date of treatment.

  1. A copy of your IRIS Health Card/Emirates ID
  2. Original Invoices, itemized and dated,
  3. Completed IRIS Health’s reimbursement claim form, signed and stamped by the treating doctor.
  4. Medical report or discharge summary signed and stamped by the treating doctor.
  5. Original prescriptions
  6. Lab or radiology test reports
